"TS TECH Integrated Report 2022" Published

TS TECH Co., Ltd. has published the TS TECH Integrated Report 2022.

This integrated report aims to convey the story of value creation for our group's sustainable growth in an easy-to-understand manner to a wide range of stakeholders, including shareholders and investors, through an introduction of various initiatives ranging from the top message, the corporate philosophy (TS Philosophy), management resources developed and used for further evolution, and governance to sustainability.

The 2022 edition introduces the company's efforts to transform itself as a company that can offer new value by coordinating not only seats but also entire cabins as the value of automobiles and travel time itself changes drastically. We are also working to enhance the sustainability area, including the newly formulated Materiality KPI and 2030 targets, and information on climate change based on the TCFD framework. In the area of governance, the Board of Directors will discuss the effects of governance reforms, including the transition to a company with an audit and supervisory committee, and challenges for further evolution.

We hope that this integrated report will help stakeholders understand our company. We will continue to enhance our disclosure and strive to further enhance our corporate value so that people can better understand our group.
