TS TECH Co., Ltd. has published the TS TECH Integrated Report 2025, to communicate clearly to our shareholders, investors, and all other stakeholders the story of how the TS TECH Group creates value to achieve sustained growth.
It presents the Group’s vision for the future and comprises broad-ranging information: message from the President; the TS TECH Philosophy; introduction to the management resources accumulated to date and efforts to build on them to achieve continuing corporate growth; and activities in each sustainability area.

We have structured the 2025 report around the progress and key measures of the current 15th Medium-Term Management Plan (for the year ended March 31, 2024, through the year ending March 31, 2026), for which we have set the goal of realizing the 2030 Vision: Innovative quality company ― Continued creation of new value.
The auto industry is currently in an era of unprecedented change and transformation, and the TS TECH Group faces diverse challenges in each business domain. Despite these challenges, we strive to deliver solutions and to create new value that will drive corporate growth. Through the voices of those actually in the field, this Report describes the current status of these initiatives. We encourage readers to review this issue's special report, which delves deeply into current conditions and challenges in North America and efforts to achieve our targets in that region through on-site reporting with a focus on the priority topic of a V-shaped recovery of the earnings structure.
