TS TECH's Expertise

We offer a unique competitive advantage through our expertise in a range of areas that includes development, manufacturing, and finance

Safety Technologies

We conduct advanced simulation analysis using our expertise and test data from the most advanced, high-performance test equipment in the world. We have received the highest safety ratings from safety evaluation agencies around the world.

Environmental Technologies

Not only do we produce seats that maintain and improve safety and comfort, we consistently reduce seat weight from previous models through streamlined designs with the minimum amount of parts and careful selection of materials. This in turn contributes to improved fuel efficiency and saves resources.

Comfort Technologies

We have continued to research and develop seats that enable users to sit comfortably for extended periods of time without fatigue, focusing on the state of weightlessness in a zero gravity environment to develop a unique theory of comfort. We apply this theory to our products to deliver the ultimate in comfort.

Arrangement Technologies

Our various seat arrangement technologies, developed using our wealth of mechanism design technology and knowhow, are in use by a leading, well-established European automobile manufacturer.

Production Technologies

We research and develop automated production technologies in an effort to create innovative production lines. Efficient, comprehensive production is the foundation for our current high earnings structure.

Quality Control

Once our products have been precisely assembled by machines, highly skilled inspectors perform final checks, such as checks for abnormal sounds in soundproof rooms, on each and every product.

Sensing Technologies

Sensing technologies are used to gather data on posture and a passenger's biological data such as drowsiness. We continue to research and develop future technologies that will automatically create the optimal posture or enable passengers to exercise while sitting.

Solid Financial Base

We have built a solid financial foundation that includes an operating margin higher than the industry average and a stable, high equity ratio. We invest heavily in the technological development to give us a competitive advantage in the global market.
