A company sincerely appreciated by all

The TS TECH Group engages in business activities in 13 countries around the world based on goals outlined in our Vision Statement: a company dedicated to realizing people’s potential and a company sincerely appreciated by all. Since our founding in 1960, we’ve maintained a path of steady growth powered by our unique and advanced technologies in the areas of safety, the environment, and product appeal, as well as our global reach for distribution of high-quality products.

Today, the auto industry is in the midst of dramatic changes driven by technological innovation and the evolution of new mobility concepts. In a business environment in constant flux, our mission is to continue to grow alongside society, creating new value from the technologies we have developed and accumulated to date.

Under the Management Policy of Realizing ESG management, the current 15th Medium-Term Management Plan (FY2024–2026) calls for the implementation of nine Priority Strategies, grouped into the clusters of Growth strategies, Regional strategies, and Functional strategies. In addition to solidifying our foundations to pursue growth in the years leading up to 2030, we’re accelerating various sustainability initiatives in a bid to bring to fruition ESG management efforts that have been underway since the 13th Medium-Term Management Plan (FY2018–2020).

Given the increasingly uncertain business conditions, operating based merely on management styles used in the past will not sustain our current standing, nor enable us to generate new value. TS TECH Group therefore intends to move forward by maintaining its pace of reforms, enabling us to provide even more value to our stakeholders and continue to thrive as a company sincerely appreciated by all.

We are grateful for your continuing support.
