On the "operational conditions reform line" at the Saitama Plant, line setup is carried out with a view to guaranteeing product quality for all processes. Tools and jigs are provided on each production line to assure work standards, and inspection equipment is set up at key points. In this way, thoroughgoing quality management is carried out for each process, and systems are firmly established ensuring that only good products are passed through to the next process. This allows for extremely reliable quality assurance. Further, key parts can be traced.

Mold processing and production equipment

TS TECH has installed the most advanced mold processing and production equipment, and it produces molds in-house. The objectives are to shorten mold development time frames and to strengthen and extend molding technologies. |

Jig lines

We have introduced jig lines that allow for products to be held in place at an easily workable angle. This is kind on production line staff and also raises productivity. |

Integrated foaming and molding machine

Cut leather is processed simultaneously with urethane molding. Process times are shortened, and in addition to shorter production times and lower costs, the quality of the finish has been improved. |
Sound dampening test room

The sound dampening test room is situated at the end of the main line. In addition to the usual checks of finish and functionality, the actual sound that is made when the user sits down in the seat is rigorously checked. |

Traceability system

Each part is controlled using barcode management. Should any problems arise, this system enables us to accurately trace the cause, guaranteeing quick trouble shooting. |

To bring down production costs even lower, the "operational conditions reform line" has minimized product inventories and is providing products by direct delivery to the client using justin- time production arrangements. Production commences at a time to suit the client's production schedule, and completed products are loaded onto trucks using automated dispatch equipment and directly delivered to the client. To ensure that orders are not delivered late, GPS systems are used for real time navigation of dispatched trucks.


Because automobile interior products can be required in various colors and grades even for the same vehicle model, clients need small volumes of many different varieties. TS TECH has developed a flexible line structure that enables different kinds of products to be manufactured using the same line. It can respond flexibly and speedily to the changing requirements of our clients.
The exclusive Honda Legend production line, pursuing the ultimate in quality
A top quality line designed to be worthy of a luxury car was built especially for the Honda Legend in the Saitama Plant (Gyoda). A variety of facilities and systems have been brought together with the objective of further raising product quality. Included is a working environment with air conditioning and sound management, and an assembly line incorporating AGV (automated guided vehicles) systems.
