Nowadays, in addition to natural expectations of safety and design excellence in automobile interior products, manufacturers demand the incorporation of multi-functional technologies - for example seat
arrangements that are comfortable for the passenger and easier to manage.
Responding to today's needs, TS TECH has given the world such products as the Ultra Seat*1 for the Honda Fit which allows for a variety of seat arrangements with a simple operation, the Butterfly Seat*2 for the Honda Stepwagon, and the Magic Seat for the Honda Odyssey. For motorcycles, TS TECH has produced world firsts such as a reclining seat that the rider can lean against, and a sliding seat, the position of which can be adjusted in response to the rider's height. We actively contribute to the value of finished vehicles by developing product concepts that are born out of research into user needs, and through our use of the high level multi-functional technologies that are required to turn those ideas into products.

 A strong point of the Magic seat is the fact that it can be folded flat from the sitting position at the touch of a switch. A variety of electrical parts incorporated into the body of the seat make this possible. TS TECH was able to achieve the smooth single-motion folding action through the combination of electrical engineering and seat structural technologies. |
