TS TECH undertakes manufacturing that aims for the world's highest-quality products that constantly surpass customer expectations.
The Group strives to improve quality at every stage, from product planning and development to production.
In particular, when developing new models, we analyze the quality of existing models and reflect any issues identified in designs from the planning and development stages to improve the specifications quality of our products.
As a result, we have repeatedly earned high evaluations in initial quality studies by J.D. Power (US firm) that quantify seat-related defects identified after customers purchase vehicles.

Stabilizing global quality at high levels through benchmarking
We develop indicators and set benchmarks for a wide range of production-related topics, including not just product quality, but production efficiency, production costs, and environmental protection, and deploy improvement activities to achieve these benchmarks worldwide.
We strive to improve quality on a global scale through sustained daily improvement activities at each plant in Japan and the transfer of production control methods and technologies to overseas facilities.
Developing global QC structures based on international standards
TS TECH's Mission Statement, "We shall provide comfortable, high-quality products at competitive prices to our customers worldwide, always pursuing the infinite possibilities in manufacturing" acts as our quality policy.
We have earned certification under international quality standards at nearly all facilities in Japan and globally to realize the stable supply of high-quality products to our worldwide customers. We achieve even higher levels of product quality through ongoing use of quality management systems.
